President’s Greeting - Deborah Gauthier

The new golf season is fast approaching and on behalf of the Ladies Executive, I would like to welcome all past members and new members to a year filled with laughter, fun and friendly competition.  We have been busy putting together the schedule for 2010 and hope that you will all take part in as many events as possible. Organized ladies groups at many other golf courses have ceased to exist at an alarming rate and it is only with your support ours has and will continue to flourish. We are pleased to announce that this year the opening will be a shot gun scramble on May 6th, with 18 holes being played. I would encourage all ladies, both nine and eighteen holers to come out and enjoy the day. Another very important date  to remember this year is Sat. June 26th,  the annual Scramble Fore Cancer Care. Grab a partner and come help support this cause and if you have time to volunteer please contact, Mary Ann Culliton. The official Ken-Wo Club opening will be April 30th. Come and start the year off by meeting the newest members of Ken-Wo and making them feel welcome in our home away from home.
