KENWO WOMEN’S DIVISION
Welcome to all returning members and a special welcome to all new members. Your Women’s Division Executive has an exciting season planned for 2024 as you will see from the attached 2024 Calendar. We hope you will consider joining our division and take advantage of the pre-booked Tee-Times from the Opening on May 2nd to the closing on September 26th. This is a social league with a great opportunity to meet other women and enjoy some competition if you choose. Many long-term friendships are found on Thursday mornings as I can personally attest to. In fact, almost my entire social circle has links to KenWo.
Highlights by Month
May - Opening scramble May 2nd with a delicious meal and a brief meeting.
- Low Net games (replacing Pin Rounds) will begin** New this year * Working women can play their round anytime that day and submit a signed and witnessed scorecard. To do so, please book your own tee-time.
June - Low Net rounds and the Bronze qualifying round.
July - Our 3rd Annual Women’s Invitational takes place on the 4th.
- Our Two-ball Competition for the Woodworth Robinson Trophy.
August - Regular play, the Stableford Competition and lots of fun.
September - Winding down, finishing with a Closing Scramble on the 26th followed by a brief meeting and a delicious meal.
KenWo Tuesday Evening Women’s Social League

Golf Genius
We will once again be using Golf Genius to schedule all Thursday Play. This is a great tool. Betty Mossman and her team also include some great information with the weekly emails.
50/50
We have the option again this year to prepay $44 and this covers all draws this year whether you are playing that week or not!! This also makes it much easier on our Treasurer.
Giving Thursday
We will select a few Thursdays for this and let you know via Golf Genius when these will take place. Participation was overwhelming last year!
Overall, 2024 is shaping up nicely for another fabulous year!
